Question So for those who could not make it out to the premiere, how can those who have not seen Tears of the Dragon be able to view this project that has a lot of blood, sweat and tears behind it? I hope this will be shown at Comic-con. Will it be available for download on the website?

The DVD is still in the works and we will be having more and more screenings - just had one at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium:

Might do a private Raider Questie showing for SDCC, I'll keep ya posted Exclamation

BTW, we will have both a four day film school and a booth in the small press area #S11 with a limited number of prequel TOTD comic books, lovely Lara Lookalikes Jenn & Vera as well as footage from the film.

Soooo, if you're attending the San Diego Comic Con this July, please stop by and say hi!

Here are Comic-con official details. So I have to ask, how did this all spring about. I hope this sprung out of your initial panel at the San Francisco Wondercon.

Comic-con's Independant Film Festival Film School page wrote:

Building Tomorrow's Filmmakers Today

No diplomas, no credits, no bull... just a whole lot of knowledge!

Comic-Con Film School (CCFS) offers four sessions filled with practical information for both the novice and experienced filmmaker. The Film School's main "professors" are Sean Rourke and Valerie Perez.

Valerie Perez
Valerie Perez works as an information technology analyst for a small city in Southern California. She's spent the last three years exploring producing, acting, creating digital video effects, and developing pyrotechnics for Tears of the Dragon, an homage to the Lara Croft Tomb Raider character. Directed by Nick Murphy, it had its world premiere in early 2006. Valerie is a Comic-Con Film School "alumnus," using the knowledge she gained at Comic-Con to do her own film.

I'm so excited and happy for you Val!!! You're living out a lot of Lara look-a-likes dreams right now, lol!! Especially mine Laughing

I seriously can't wait until it comes out for the public to purchase! Consider me a candidate for a DVD!! I've seen the previews and trailers, and I can't tell you how freakin kick ass it looks!!

You must keep me updated on when the DVD will come out etc!!

**Edit**

I just realized there are a lot of explanations points in this post, lmao

That’s a good idea, folks can buy the comic and get the DVD for free Wink

Prequel comics will be available next week at our Comic Con booth #S11 in the small press area.

Cast & Crew FYI: Check out Kevin’s post about hooking TOTD peeps up with photos from the premiere at Comic Con… http://www.raiderquest.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=83169

The story goes back further to the first SDCC Film School... I would love to tell it to you in person next week – perhaps right before our private little RQ TOTD screening Sunday?

I've been asked about the movie premiere here in Portugal by the University of Coimbra... 'cos it's being arranged a session to show non-professional and amateur movies for November and they want to know if they can count TOTD in. So what should I say? Question
